So I had been away over the weekend.
Before I took off, I had started a number of seeds (on the same day that I sowed some carrot seeds). Returning home, I was so happy to find that the okra and zucchini (batch 2) seedlings have emerged.
The seeds were planted in a 1 part coco-peat, 1 part sand, 1 part perlite potting mixture using half-cut toilet paper rolls as starter pots. Those were then placed inside some PET food packs, which, sealed, retained the moisture for the seeds while I was away. And, voila:
I will be posting an entry about okra along with the relevant factsheet soon.
